We are looking for individuals who have a strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude that aligns with our organizational values.
Location: Rice Lake, WI
Pay Range: $19.78 - $23.03 per hour
Shift: First shift, 6am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday work week, with 3-day weekends
What You Will Do:
- Weld metal and steel components to precise specifications
- Assemble truck and trailer parts and frames
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What You Need:
- Relevant welding credentials or related experience
- Experience in welding metal/steel and fabrication processes
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
