Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a dynamic Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist to drive comprehensive GTM strategies to support global public sector and regulated industry customers and partners in meeting evolving digital sovereignty requirements. This role will serve as a critical bridge between technical teams and market-facing functions, orchestrating cross-organizational efforts to deliver industry-specific GTM packages to scale field operations and maximize organizational impact.

Key job responsibilities

• Content Development: Develop bar-raising technical whitepapers, guides, and documentation that articulate AWS digital sovereignty solutions for public sector and regulated industry segments

• Technical Communication: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into accessible market-ready materials

• Internal Training and Enablement: Coordinate with Field Enablement to design and deliver internal enablement materials and training programs for field teams.

• External Training and Customer Education: Collaborate with Training and Certification to build external training programs and develop for customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

• Industry GTM Packages: Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for industry-specific segments within public sector and regulated industries

• Scaling Mechanisms: Leverage internal AI tools and platforms to scale content creation, training delivery, and field enablement efforts

Basic Qualifications

• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications

• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences

• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences

• Strong understanding of public sector and regulated industry requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
