As an Overnight Retail Merchandising Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing merchandising support to retailers, ensuring that we meet shopper needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building eye-catching displays and end caps to attract customers.
  • Resetting shelves for optimal product rotation.
  • Tracking inventory closely to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • A friendly, enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with customers and management.
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, and standing, with the capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, customers, and team members.
  • A motivated self-starter who drives for action and results.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
