Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Experience with the following:
Mid server maintenance
Scoped applications
Update-set promotion
API integrations (OAuth and basic)
Platform version upgrades
Scheduled jobs and data imports
Single Sign On (SAML)
Custom Tables
Catalog item creation and modification
Workflow editor and designer
Demonstrated understanding of:
Configuration versus customization
CMDB/CSDM
HAM and SAM
