Senior Tax Manager

Responsibilities for the Senior Tax Manager include:
- Lead federal, state, and global indirect tax compliance and planning, including income, sales/use, and property taxes.
- Manage tax processes related to employee benefits, executive compensation, and payroll sourcing across jurisdictions.
- Support income tax provision calculations and financial reporting under ASC 740, including documentation and analysis.
- Communicate tax strategies, risks, and opportunities to finance leadership and business stakeholders.
- 7+ years of tax experience, including state/local income or indirect tax, and 5+ years in a large multinational or public accounting firm.
- 2+ years of people management experience and strong skills in tax research and documentation.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Experience with SAP ERP, complex compensation and equity reporting, and managing tax fixed assets.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with CPA or JD required.
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 based on years of experience
