We are seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant to join our client's team. This role is temporary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $50 to $55 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Support internal control processes and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with external audit processes, including documentation and inquiry resolution.
  • Manage tax compliance activities, including filings and reporting.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including performance metrics and reconciliations for multiple business units.
  • Prepare and process accounting adjustments for various financial activities.
  • Reconcile financial accounts and generate associated accounting entries.
  • Handle payroll accounting functions and related inquiries.
  • Maintain lease and asset records.
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software applications.
