Perform comprehensive health assessments and physical exams
Manage chronic and acute medical conditions
Conduct medication reviews and reconciliation
Develop individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications within NP scope of practice
Educate residents and families
Maintain accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks
Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Active New York NP license and DEA
Eligible for Medicare and Medicaid billing
