We are excited to offer an opportunity for a talented and experienced Senior Applications Engineer specializing in mass spectrometry and gas analyzers. If you are passionate about analytical instrumentation and enjoy engaging with customers in a high-tech environment, this role is perfect for you

About the Role

As a key contributor, you will leverage your expertise in mass spectrometry to help customers solve their technical challenges and deliver exceptional application support. We are looking for a hands-on professional with outstanding communication skills and a strong technical foundation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation, particularly mass spectrometers and gas analyzers.
  • Engage directly with customers to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide in-depth application support.
  • Utilize knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes to assist in customer projects.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a proactive approach to customer interactions and problem resolution.
  • Be prepared for travel to support customer visits, installations, and on-site assistance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics or Electrical engineering preferred)

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
  • Extensive experience with mass spectrometry and gas analysis instrumentation.
  • Proven customer-facing experience.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor processes.
  • Ability to travel for on-site support.
