Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and driven Life Insurance Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about helping others protect their loved ones - and who thrives in a performance-based environment. You'll sell life insurance through your own external sources while leveraging agency support and resources to grow your book of business.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and sell life insurance policies through your own network and lead sources
  • Provide personalized consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend coverage options
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on industry changes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and referrals
  • Track and report activity, production, and goals consistently
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive, motivated culture
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven life insurance sales experience
  • Active Life & Health license (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive energy and an optimistic, persistent attitude
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Compensation:
Smaller base salary plus aggressive commission structure, tailored to your experience and production potential.
