ROLE DESCRIPTION:Since 1996, our agency has been providing State Farm customers with personalized, reliable insurance recommendations. Our team prides itself on building long-term relationships, ensuring every client feels supported and confident with their coverage choices. As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for State Farm Agent, Derek Warner, you are a vital part of our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Insurance license required-addressed after hire.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
