Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Behavioral Health. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to adults facing mental health challenges within an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver nursing care to patients with various mental health illnesses, including Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Personality Disorders.
  • Monitor patient progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
  • Conduct assessments and administer medications in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Participate in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Valid RN license in the state of Nevada.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • ACLS certification (to be obtained within 60 days of start date).
  • PALS certification (to be obtained within 90 days of start date).
  • Minimum of one year of inpatient Behavioral Health experience.
