Assembler I

Join our team as an Assembler I, where you will perform essential assembly and sub-assembly tasks with a focus on quality and safety.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Preparing for assembly by studying instructions, specifications, and gathering necessary parts and tools.
  • Positioning parts accurately and examining connections for correct fit.
  • Fastening components effectively and assisting in building prototypes or basic assembly projects as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company regulations.
  • Using equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve production goals.
  • Training team members on basic assembly tasks as required.
  • Conducting inspections to ensure quality standards prior to passing on work.
  • Documenting actions by completing necessary production and quality forms.

We Are Seeking Candidates Who:

  • Have a High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
  • Possess 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Can safely use small hand and power tools.
  • Can read and interpret drawings and bills of material.
  • Have basic computer skills.
  • Can read and understand instructions in English.

Physical Demands:

  • This role requires a Medium - Heavy Physical Demand Level.
  • You may lift up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance and 40 pounds frequently.
  • Continuous standing and walking, with frequent bending and lifting.
  • Gripping and manipulating tools on a continual basis.
