Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting in surgical procedures through the meticulous preparation and arrangement of the operating room
- Upholding sterile fields and rigorous infection control standards
- Delivering instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants with utmost efficiency
- Setting up and managing surgical tools and equipment during all phases of procedures
- Overseeing inventory and guaranteeing surgical preparations are flawless for each operation

- Documenting and keeping accurate surgical counts and records
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is necessary
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Comprehensive knowledge of surgical instrumentation and multiple specialty procedures
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in high-stress situations
