Exciting Sign-On Bonuses

You may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with relocation assistance or a $2,000 bonus for PM shifts at ASLMC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient area for optimal patient care using aseptic surgical techniques.
  • Prepare and manage instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures.
  • Assist with patient positioning and ensure environmental safety in the operating room.
  • Transport patients and ensure the completeness of specialty carts.
  • Function as a Second Assistant as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
  • No previous experience required, but knowledge of aseptic techniques and operating room instruments is beneficial.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform various physical tasks including pushing/pulling and transferring patients.
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to mechanical, electrical, and biological hazards.
