Job Description
- Manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A strong understanding of the construction industry and project management practices.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects over $5M in value
- Project experience in Retail, PEMB, Restaurants, and other commercial projects highly sought after
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget.
- Competitive salary ranging from $80000 to $100000.
