We are seeking full-time Physician Assistants to provide advanced clinical support for outpatient pain management and spine/joint care in Fayetteville, NC. The PA will collaborate with physicians and CRNAs to evaluate patients, perform procedures within scope, and manage treatment plans in a fast-paced but highly supportive outpatient environment.

Responsibilities to include:
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical exams
  • Assist with and perform interventional pain management and joint procedures within licensed scope
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
  • Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Provide pre- and post-procedure patient education and follow-up care
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure positive patient outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Active Physician Assistant license in state of practice (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Graduate of an accredited PA program
  • Current NCCPA certification
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong clinical judgment, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Prior experience in pain management, orthopedics, or outpatient surgery preferred but not required
