Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Collision Repair Estimator is to ensure an outstanding customer experience while creating vehicle damage estimates, coordinating repair requirements, and promising clear communication to both customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damages and records all necessary repairs and parts replacements. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the team's key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Document every customer interaction thoroughly and accurately.
• Provide timely information to customers, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring exceptional service.
• Align with insurance client requirements and ensure compliance with all processes.
• Follow company policies on customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers warmly, bringing positive energy to every interaction.
• Understand all necessary insurance programs and protocols.
• Participate in daily production reviews with the management team as needed.
• Support team members proactively.
• Attend monthly health and safety meetings and additional training sessions as recommended.
• Contribute to the store’s KPI targets by maximizing personal performance.
• Upkeep the company’s core values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OEM guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to find answers effectively.
• Basic computer skills.
• A minimum of 1 year’s experience with DRP compliance.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license.

Compensation Details:
Commission for this position is based on location, revenue metrics, sales, and individual performance, subject to plan terms.

Estimated $50,000 - $120,000 / Year

In cases where total compensation falls below the minimum wage for a pay period, total hours will be compensated at the higher of local or state minimum wage.
