We are seeking a reliable and experienced 2nd shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery. This position involves a comprehensive maintenance program that covers electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, to ensure the optimal operation of our industrial equipment.

Responsibilities:

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Performing regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in machinery and equipment.
3. Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
4. Conducting thorough inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
5. Documenting and maintaining records of all maintenance and repair work done, including the tracking of spare parts and components used.
6. Collaborating with other team members and departments to optimize operations and improve overall productivity.
7. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
2. Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
3. Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and best practices.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex machinery issues.
5. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and explain job tasks effectively.
7. High degree of mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
9. Willingness to work on the 2nd shift schedule and be on-call for emergencies or breakdowns.
