Role Overview:

* The ADNS will also serve as our Infection Prevention and Control Nurse (IPC).

Salary Range: $99K - $105K.

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to establish and reach clinical program goals that align with our values. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing care standards, resident well-being, and the overall culture of our facility.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance, coordinating care, and prioritizing patient and family satisfaction. In the absence of the Director of Nursing, you will assume their responsibilities and duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
  • Support the development and execution of care plans and protocols
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident care
  • Act as the operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing
  • Ensure our residents receive exceptional care
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care

What You Bring:

  • Valid state RN nursing license
  • Preferred advanced degree or certification
  • Commitment to resident-centered care and healthcare excellence
  • Innovative mindset focused on quality improvement
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, particularly for the aged and chronically ill
  • Strong clinical leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in a nursing leadership role within Long-Term Care or similar settings preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
