Details for Door-to-Door Sales Rep (Commission):
• Full-Time | Direct-Hire

Key Duties for Door-to-Door Sales Rep (Commission):
• Distribute marketing materials and maintain a professional brand presence in assigned areas
• Engage potential customers with clear value propositions and qualify their interest
• Conduct door-to-door inquiries to identify homeowners needing roofing inspections or replacements
• Build rapport by actively listening and communicating the roofing service benefits
• Coordinate with production or project managers for detailed assessments as needed
• Uphold company reputation through professional appearance and ethical sales practices
• Ensure transparent communication and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
Qualifications for Door-to-Door Sales Rep (Commission):
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ Years Related Education/Experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Wear PPE such as a hard hat as needed
• Dress code: long sleeves
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb, and reach
• Conditions are weather-dependent, as the assigned worker will spend the majority of their time outside on foot
