Position Overview
The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in helping Spear achieve its financial and operational goals. This individual will partner closely with senior management and internal business leaders to deliver accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and data-driven recommendations that guide strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate and report on monthly business results, providing insightful information to help our internal partners drive superior results.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate financial models and dashboards to track sales, revenue, and membership performance.
  • Supporting internal business operations partners with tracking, reporting, modeling, and ad hoc requests.
  • Analyze sales funnel metrics, pipeline trends, and customer/member acquisition data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Present clear, actionable findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear business insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align data sources, KPIs, and performance metrics across Finance, Sales, and Operations.
  • Deliver timely and accurate responses to various ad hoc data and reporting requests.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
  • 1–3 years of financial analysis experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modeling and data automation preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and data warehousing tools (e.g., Snowflake) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
