Lead Medical Laboratory Technologist - Chemistry

Full-Time | Diverse Shifts Available

MLR is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist - Chemistry to oversee and optimize laboratory operations. This role combines technical expertise and leadership to ensure high standards in specimen analysis, staff coordination, and compliance with laboratory policies.

Med Tech Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field, including:
    • (OR) Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology for incumbents in position prior to 2005.
  • Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP or equivalent required ).
  • 3+ years in a high-complexity laboratory setting required.
    • Preferred: 5+ years of laboratory experience.
