The Villa Casa Casuarina, famously known as the former Versace Mansion, is an iconic luxury property in Miami Beach. With its stunning architecture, world-class dining, and exclusive event spaces, The Villa hosts some of the most prestigious events in South Florida. We are seeking a dynamic entry-level Event Sales Manager to join our team and drive luxury event sales while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Position Summary
The Event Sales Manager is responsible for managing incoming leads, developing client relationships, and maximizing event sales revenue for The Villa Casa Casuarina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, experience in corporate and/or social event sales, and proficiency with event management CRMs (Tripleseat experience preferred). This is an excellent entry-level management opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in events and luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively solicit and secure new event business (corporate, social, and luxury clientele).
  • Manage event inquiries, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups using Tripleseat (preferred CRM).
  • Conduct site visits and property tours, showcasing The Villa as a premier venue for luxury events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, agencies, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Negotiate event packages, rental fees, and food & beverage minimums aligned with revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with operations, culinary, and entertainment teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and communicate all client requirements clearly to internal teams.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates through CRM reporting.
  • Represent The Villa Casa Casuarina at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in event sales, preferably within hotels, private clubs, or upscale venues.
  • Proficiency with Tripleseat or similar event sales platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional presence.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.
