Title: IT End User Support Tech
Location: San Francisco, CA

Rate: 35-45
This resource would handle the "day-to-day" issues, mostly around end-user IT issues. (i.e. support Windows OS, O365, connectivity, etc.) Potentially some light server/network administration. Bill Rate estimate - 40 hours per week.
