This is a part-time position, but please note that the end of your shift may often extend beyond the typical 5-6 hours. Associates are expected to work until the end of the shift is officially declared.

Your Role: As a warehouse associate, you could work in one of the following areas:

  • Order Picker: Accurately select and prepare customer orders to meet production goals, sometimes picking items above ground level while following safety protocols.
  • Restocker: Scan product labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prepare for the next shift while adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Bulk Selector: Select and pack products, cut cases of merchandise, and move items using a conveyor belt, ensuring safety at all times.
  • Custodian: Maintain a clean working environment by performing cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sanitizing restrooms, sweeping, and removing trash.

As an SC1 associate, you may rotate between any of these roles based on operational needs.

What You Bring:

  • Basic counting and arithmetic skills.
  • Collaborative mindset to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Quick ability to adopt and follow safety procedures.
  • Willingness to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Willingness to adhere to the assigned schedule and tasks.
  • Understanding of job requirements and safety protocols.
  • Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • If hired as a Full-Time associate, readiness to work additional hours based on needs.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds manually.
  • Must wear safety-compliant footwear.
  • Capability to be on your feet for the entire shift.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting or related fields such as fast food, stockroom, customer service, or package handling is a plus.
