This role supports patients in Williamsport, PA and nearby areas, and you'll be eligible for a remarkable $20,000 bonus package: a $10,000 first-year success bonus recognizing your key achievements, plus an additional $10,000 sign-on bonus

We are seeking compassionate physical therapists who meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state where you will be practicing
  • At least one year of healthcare experience
  • Current driver's license and ability to dedicate 20% of your day to driving to patient locations
  • A commitment to timely and accurate charting
  • Strong time management and scheduling skills
  • Proficiency with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

Compensation reflects patient care visits, non-visit duties, paid time off, additional shift pay, and the first-year success bonus. The range of compensation depends on productivity, with the lower end representing average annual compensation based on a fully productive caseload, and the upper end reflecting those exceeding productivity expectations. Market conditions affect compensation potential.
