The Role
As a Digital Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Acquiring new clients by engaging with executives and key decision-makers in the Manufacturing sector and beyond.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, facilitating discussions that align industry trends with Launch's digital solutions.
- Adopting a human-first approach in all interactions by actively listening and uncovering genuine business challenges to co-create meaningful solutions.
- Collaborating with Launch's teams in design, product development, and engineering to turn insights into innovative solutions that yield measurable outcomes.
- Managing sales opportunities from initial discovery through negotiations and closing, ensuring alignment with both client needs and Launch's impact vision.
- Navigating complex enterprise sales processes while focusing on long-term impacts over transactional gains.
- Positioning Launch as a thought leader in the market by articulating insights on Manufacturing trends and the distinctive value we provide.
- Consistently achieving new revenue growth while cultivating lasting, trust-based relationships with clients.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in digital, consulting, or product-led services, particularly in the Manufacturing and Logistics sector.
- Proven capability to engage with C-suite executives confidently and credibly.
- Experience in selling digital product design, customer experience, and application development services.
- Familiarity with generative AI and similar technologies in a customer-focused, design-driven manner within the Manufacturing and Logistics industry.
- A consultative, solution-oriented mindset that values curiosity, listening, and relevant industry insight.
- Comfort in navigating ambiguous situations and collaboratively shaping opportunities with clients and internal teams.
- An entrepreneurial spirit that is self-motivated and resilient while aiming to build lasting impact.
- Strong expertise in Manufacturing and Logistics, with insight into sector-specific challenges and opportunities.
