RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and reconcile financial records for multiple clients.
- Prepare financial statements following GAAP guidelines.
- Handle the preparation of sales tax and payroll tax returns, ensuring compliance.
- Prepare year-end work papers to facilitate year-end processes.
- Analyze financial records, identify variances, and conduct investigations as needed.
- Create and analyze budgets and forecasts to support financial planning.
- Prepare comprehensive financial packages for clients, providing valuable insights.
- Min. 5 years of accounting experience in a senior role with a min. of 3 years experience working at a CPA firm
- Excellent knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Bachelors or master's degree in accounting
- Strong technology, multitasking and communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
- Public Accounting experience required
Annual Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience and achievement.
Bonus: Annual bonus of up to 10% of the base salary based on company and individual performance.
