Job Description:

The Dispatcher will serve as the primary communication point between drivers and customers. This role ensures smooth daily operations through accurate routing, real-time coordination, and consistent documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign and coordinate daily routes for drivers
  • Review and interpret notes, updates, and photos from field staff
  • Maintain timely communication with drivers and customers
  • Update internal systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Troubleshoot issues and proactively support process improvements
Qualifications:
  • Strong reliability and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions from multiple sources
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully on-site environment
  • Basic Excel skills and general arithmetic competency
