Astria Health is seeking a Provider Recruiting and Staffing to join our team

The Provider Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment and placement process for physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and key clinical leadership positions across Astria Health hospitals and clinics. This position plays a key role in supporting provider workforce planning, community needs assessments, and strategic growth initiatives. The Provider Recruiter partners with hospital executives, medical directors, and HR leadership to attract and retain qualified providers who align with Astria Health's mission, values, and service goals. You will:

  • Develops and executes recruitment strategies to attract physicians and advanced practice providers for all Astria Health facilities.
  • Sources candidates through digital platforms, professional associations, job boards, residency/fellowship programs, and direct outreach.
  • Conducts initial screening interviews, evaluates qualifications, and coordinates interview schedules, travel, and itineraries for candidates and families.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership review.
  • Ensures all recruitment activities are compliant with Stark Law, anti-kickback regulations, and Fair Market Value (FMV) standards.
  • Coordinates closely with Credentialing to ensure timely onboarding, contracting, and privileging.
  • Assists with development and implementation of retention strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
  • Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Recourses, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of direct work experience in healthcare recruitment.
  • Oral and written fluency in the English language.
Preferred Qualifications and Education
  • Master's Degree
  • Knowledge of provider compensation models, contract, and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings.
