Client Associate

We're looking for a Client Associate to:
• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• handle day to day service requests from clients
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• provide support for client relationship building and business development activities

Your team
You'll be working with the Hartlieb, Chleborad, & Morris team in the West Des Moines office. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a Client Associate, you'll play an important role in in assisting the Financial Advisor in helping the clients meet their financial goals.
Your expertise
• series 7 and 66 licenses preferred
• ideally 3+ years of experience in client service, preferably within the finance sector
• bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on business or finance
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• demonstrate problem solving skills as well as analytical and organizational skills
• detail oriented and a proficiency in multi-tasking
• desire to learn about financial markets
