Job description
Understand client business needs and design tailored monitoring solutions.
Study relevant technologies and frameworks to address business problems.
Specialize in monitoring tools and Business Value Dashboard implementation.
Design infrastructure and application monitoring solutions.
Align monitoring services with business goals to drive outcomes.
Consolidate IT operations across applications and technologies.
Create case studies and success stories showcasing business benefits.
Serve as Solution Architect and Lead for Cognitive Business Command Center.
Plan transformation roadmaps for business monitoring environments.
Architect and implement IT services monitoring across various industries (Utilities, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer, Banking).
Design observability solutions using appropriate tools.
Deliver regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., CCAR, FDSF, Risk Reporting).
