Hybrid 3 days/week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) in Charlotte, NC / Hartford, CT

Work with data transformation team to drive Snowflake data engineering post Oracle/Snowflake merge in commercial business portfolio
End-to-end program and deployment support of Snowflake data management, preparing for Agentic/Gen AI chatbot builds
Provide hands-on ETL tool expertise to junior engineers
Build cloud environment compatible with Gen AI technologies (Langchain, Langgraph, CrewAI, etc.)

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Senior Data Engineer working in a Snowflake environment
Extensive experience with ETL tools and cutovers
CI/CD pipeline and DevOps deployment experience for end-to-end support
Strong AWS cloud engineering background, with exposure to GCP

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Exposure to Agentic AI/Gen AI build outs (chatbots, remote agents, etc.)
Property & Casualty insurance industry alignment (policy center, underwriting, etc.)
Oracle database exposure

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
