Job Description:

Pay Range: $21hr - $23hr
  • Provide administrative and operational support for logistics, trade compliance, and site operations.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for operational and compliance documents.
  • Manage document flow to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution.
  • Review import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BOLs, COO, AES/EEI) for accuracy and compliance.
  • rchive and maintain records for audits, inspections, and internal reviews
  • ssist with shipping, receiving, inventory documentation, and cycle count records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, freight forwarders, and carriers to align shipment documentation.
  • Track shipments and communicate status updates across internal teams.
  • Support onboarding documentation for vendors, visitors, and contractors.
  • Provide administrative support during audits and compliance reviews.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) to prepare reports, logs, and tracking tools.
Qualifications And Skills:
  • 1-3 years of administrative, documentation, or logistics-related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: experience with logistics/supply chain documents, ERP systems, and basic import/export regulations.
