Assistant Stretch Supervisor

Position Purpose: We are looking for an enthusiastic and sales-oriented leader to join us as an Assistant Stretch Supervisor, specializing in Assisted Stretching Sales. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about helping others reach their health and wellness goals. It involves engaging with members on the gym floor, setting appointments, fostering relationships, and promoting our Assisted Stretch packages while training and developing our team of Stretch Trainers (Myofascial Technicians). A strong commitment to supporting others in their fitness journey is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Support the Stretch Director and Stretch Manager in training and developing Stretch Trainers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club.
• Facilitate onboarding for new members.
• Collaborate with membership and personal training sales teams.
• Ensure safety and maintenance of equipment.
• Exhibit a strong passion for fitness and mobility.
• Demonstrate a determined approach to achieving success.
• Showcase a proven track record of delivering results.
• Motivate clients to reach their fitness objectives.
• Drive Assisted Stretch sales and meet daily targets during your shifts (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
• Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly coaching plans.
• Act as an information hub regarding products, programs, and events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of fitness sales experience.
• A competitive spirit and a desire to succeed.
• Experience working with membership and personal training teams.
• Commitment to enhancing the skills of Stretch Trainers through effective coaching.
• Accountable for results and able to adapt in various situations.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus.
• Team-oriented and willing to contribute to all tasks necessary.
• Organizational skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• A genuine enthusiasm for health and fitness.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a background check.
• CPR certification to be obtained within 30 days of hiring.
• Able to navigate the gym environment, communicating with employees, members, and the public.
• Proficient in using the company computer system for documentation and data entry.
• Capable of bending and lifting over 40 lbs on a regular basis.

Compensation: This is an hourly position with an annual earning potential of $42,000 to $84,000 USD, including variable income opportunities such as commission and bonuses.
