Job Summary and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine training program.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a nuclear medicine technologist in a hospital setting.
  • Licensure/Certification: Valid certifications including ARRT (R), ARRT (N), ARRT (T), NMTCB, and Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification from Texas Department of Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee personnel and operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Facilitate teamwork through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintain equipment and service records, coordinating with vendors for optimal functionality.
  • Evaluate data, define issues accurately, and propose viable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ethical standards.
