Compensation:
Rate Type: Hourly
Over Time: Default Multiplier: None; 8 Hour Multiplier: 40 total hours in 1 week: 1.3%; 10 Hour Multiplier: 40 total hours in 1 week: 1.3%; 12 Hour Multiplier: 48 total hours in 1 week: 1.3%;
Double Time: 12 total hours in a day: 1.7%
On-Call: 8$
Call Back: 1%
Holiday Pay: 1.5%

Additional Information:
*** This position will travel to multiple clinics for incident management and staff training ***

This position will be supervised and receive assignments from a remote RN
Mileage reimbursement provided

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: 0800-1700

Required:
* 3+ years any LVN experience with 2 being in Ambulatory
* CA LVN license
* Driver's License and Auto Insurance (Collision/Casualty)
* Epic experience
* Reliable transportation
* BLS
* IV Certified

Preferred:
* Infection prevention or epidemiology experience
* Previous public health experience

Years of experience REQ: 3+ years any LVN experience with 2 being in Ambulatory
