We're seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts in our digital asset bank. This role is critical for scaling our team by sourcing and attracting top-tier talent from leading firms in consulting, fintech, crypto, and beyond. You'll represent Monet's groundbreaking opportunity to potential hires, attract exceptional candidates, and build a high-performing team inspired by innovative cultures You'll collaborate closely with leadership to define hiring strategies, conduct interviews, and ensure we attract A+ individuals who align with our mission to revolutionize digital money.
If you are mission driven and passionate about talent acquisition, excel at sourcing passive candidates, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, this is your chance to build our team from the ground up.
This position is on-site Monday through Friday at our Plano headquarters.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
- Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Proactively identify and engage top talent from competitive firms (e.g., top consulting firms, fintech leaders like Stripe or Coinbase, and tech giants). - Interviewing and Assessment: Lead end-to-end interviewing processes with exceptional skills in behavioral and technical assessments. Design interview frameworks that evaluate cultural fit, skills, and potential, ensuring a rigorous yet efficient hiring experience.
- Representing the Opportunity: Articulate Monet's vision, competitive advantages, and growth potential to candidates. Craft compelling narratives that highlight our $1B-capitalized bank, innovative leadership, and the chance to build a digitally-native bank from scratch.
- Hiring Strategy and Pipeline Management: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for roles across engineering, product, operations, compliance, and sales. Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates, track metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates), and optimize processes for scale.
- Cultural Alignment: Champion a hiring approach inspired by high-performance cultures, and emphasis on freedom and responsibility, to attract self-motivated, high-agency talent who thrive in ambiguity.
- Experience: 5+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth startups, fintech, or tech companies. Proven success in sourcing and closing top talent from competitive firms.

- Analytical mindset: Ability to use data to inform strategies and measure recruiting effectiveness.
- Personal Attributes: High energy, resilience, and a hunter mentality for talent. Comfort with ambiguity in a startup setting, strong ethical standards, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Monet Bank is pioneering the future of banking and money movement-faster, cheaper, and crypto-native. The passage of the Genius Act has enabled a future we want to explore where interchange fees and inefficient payment rails may be replaced with a modern, programmable alternative powered by stablecoins.
At our core, we believe Monet Bank is the essential bridge between crypto and traditional finance (TradFi).
As a profitable, well-capitalized Texas state, FDIC-insured bank, Monet sees the fundamental inefficiency of the 2-3% card network payments and seeks to build a strong team to understand and pursue the future of money and banking.
Benefits options include:
- Medical, dental and vision coverage
- 401K with company match
- 10 paid holidays
- Accrue up to 17 vacation/sick days per year in your first year on a pro rata basis
- Applicant may be eligible for annual discretionary bonus
No relocation assistance provided.
If you are looking to be a part of a winning team and meet the above requirements, we look forward to hearing from you.
