DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Key Holder Retail Sales Associate devoted to creating lasting connections with our guests by delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE ENTAIL?
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is passionate about customer service and eager to mentor team members toward achieving their objectives in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Making all guests feel welcomed by dedicating quality time to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Being a product knowledge specialist with the ability to effectively sell and market a wide array of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
  • Helping to cultivate a top-notch customer-oriented sales team by continuously coaching and training on sales techniques, behaviors, and compliance with operational procedures.

ARE YOU THE RIGHT PERSON FOR US?
The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree appreciated but not mandatory).
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service skills and possess experience in problem-solving and complaint resolution.
  • Capable of lifting up to 10 lbs. and moving up to 50 lbs.

The anticipated pay range for this position is between $16.00 and $19.92 per hour. This encompasses a base hourly wage of $10.20 to $13.80, alongside a commission of 1.5% to 6% contingent on personal sales performance, with additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus linked to overall store sales.
