Job Description

A retail employer in the Cincinnati area is seeking a Refrigeration Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives addressing complex refrigeration and mechanical challenges. This role involves developing scalable solutions, piloting emerging technologies, and supporting engineering teams through training, documentation, and technical guidance. The Project Manager will ensure system reliability, energy efficiency, and operational excellence across the enterprise. This position requires up to 50% travel, visiting new store builds and remodels for refrigeration startup and inspection.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Engineering Project Management experience.

Refrigeration Engineering background (Not Ammonia).

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Construction, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Ability to manage multiple projects and perform financial analysis.

Willingness to travel independently up to 50%. Retail experience
