Our 9-month Nurse Residency Program is perfect for new graduates or nurses with less than one year of experience, offering extensive guidance and support as you embark on your journey in rehabilitation nursing. The program features an extended orientation, interdisciplinary shadowing, focused education modules, and an evidence-based project, all geared toward ensuring your long-term success.

Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
