As a Merchandising Specialist for Travel Retail, your primary role will be to deliver essential in-store merchandising support to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Responsibilities will include building attractive displays, reorganizing shelves systematically, and monitoring inventory to seize sales opportunities. Please note that this position involves traveling up to 50% or more, as you’ll often work in various locations with overnight stays.

Who You Are:

  • Friendly and enthusiastic, comfortable engaging with customers and management
  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Possess reliable transportation to and from work locations
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel both in and outside your home state, with overnight hotel stays
  • A motivated self-starter, eager to take initiative and achieve results
  • Effective both independently and in team settings
