Position Overview

C&S is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join our Infrastructure Team as part of our Education, Healthcare and Public Facilities Group. The successful candidate will have experience in the design of medium and low voltage electrical systems for buildings, utilities, industrial, campus and facilities. The position will require working on and leading teams for designs of various projects. Candidate will have the opportunity to lead in the growth of the MEP development of staff and provide business opportunities for future projects.

This position can be based in our Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo or Albany office. Relocation assistance available to qualified candidates. Minimal travel estimated under 15%.

Position Responsibilities

  • Willingness to be proactive and anticipate.

Skills/Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's of Science or Technology in Electrical Engineering
  • 5-10 years of related experience
  • PE preferred, FE required
  • Experience with the National Electric Code.
  • Experience with Power Systems Analysis, including Short Circuit, Coordination and Arc Flash.
  • Experience with the layout and design of low voltage building distribution systems.
  • Experience with the layout and design of lighting systems.

Estimated Compensation Range: $90,000-120,000/year*

*Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
