Job Description: Clifton Springs Hospital in Clifton Springs, New York, is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in the CT Scanner department. This role involves working variable hours, including all three shifts and weekends, ensuring comprehensive patient care across different times.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT scans according to physician orders.
  • Prepare and position patients for scanning procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during CT scans.
  • Operate and maintain CT equipment, adhering to safety standards.
  • Evaluate images for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • NYS license in Radiologic Technology (or must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of employment).
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT-R) within six months of employment.
  • Effective 7/16/2018, NYS Injection Certification within six months of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience in CT scanning.
  • Only accepting travelers from over 50 miles away.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
