Become the Pharmacy Director You've Always Dreamed Of
- Communicate the hospital and organization’s mission effectively to pharmacy staff, holding them accountable while inspiring their professional growth.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including scheduling, assessment, and process improvement initiatives to enhance departmental performance.
- Provide direct patient care and pharmaceutical services.
- Maintain expertise in clinical health system pharmacy practices, including areas such as antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety.
- Educate pharmacy staff on pharmaceutical care and ensure compliance with relevant regulations at all levels.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest medications and collaborate on budget management for staffing, drugs, and supplies.
- Lead various hospital committees, including Quality Assurance and Pharmacy and Therapeutics, to uphold the highest standards of care.
- Recognize and celebrate the accomplishments and dedication of our exceptional team members.
Qualifications
- Licensed in good standing by the State Pharmacy Board.
- Graduated from an accredited pharmacy program recognized in the U.S.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
