Note
Must have hands-on litigation paralegal experience and the ability to confidently manage cases in high-volume environments. Experience handling cases in NY, NJ, MD, or PA strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Manage a large caseload of 80-100 personal injury cases
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including drafting, discovery, client communication, and trial prep
- Maintain organized, accurate case files across multiple jurisdictions
- Assist with scheduling, deadlines, medical records, and document preparation
- Communicate with clients, providers, and opposing counsel
- Use case management systems; Aderant Total Office (ATO) experience is a plus
- Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred but not required
- Prior plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
- Ability to manage high-volume caseloads independently and accurately
- Experience handling cases in NY, NJ, MD, or PA strongly preferred
- Spanish bilingual ability preferred
- Familiarity with Aderant Total Office (ATO) is helpful but not required
