Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Senior Civil Project Engineer to take the lead on site development and utility infrastructure projects from conception to completion. This role uniquely blends technical skills with project management, offering the chance to mentor junior engineers and drive multidisciplinary collaboration for project success.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction.
  • Foster robust collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in design.
  • Review and refine design plans, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings and professional associations.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (required).
  • 10-15 years of civil design experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a must.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale land development and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D; familiarity with HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, or SWMM is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, occasionally on short notice.
