Your Role

As a full-time Retail Sales Specialist, you will be a key player in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Here’s what awaits you:

  • Engage customers by showcasing cutting-edge technology, enhancing Verizon’s network through your passion and expertise.

  • Build rapport with customers to uncover their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Utilize insightful product knowledge to recommend effective tech solutions that fulfill customer requirements.

  • Demonstrate outstanding communication skills to close sales and satisfy customer needs effectively.

  • Participate in continual training to enhance your knowledge in merchandising and operational functions.

  • Grow your customer base by reaching out to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.

  • Engage with the community outside of the store to build a loyal customer network through various Verizon-sponsored events.

Immediate Hiring

This isn’t just another entry-level retail job. Whether you’re starting or have years of experience, you can earn between $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus the chance to earn up to $16,000 a year in individual-based commissions for achieving your sales goals. Exceptional performers have the potential to earn $65,000 to $73,500+ annually Your total compensation depends on location, work hours, and performance.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED.

  • One or more years of relevant work or military experience.

  • A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (your schedule will be available four weeks in advance).

  • Open availability for additional shifts, especially during peak seasons.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in a commission-based sales environment.

  • Proven sales experience in communicating effective solutions to customers.

  • A background in customer service.
