Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing all patient care

• Ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures

• Administer medications and treatments

• Assist with care plans as needed

• Oversee CNAs on the unit.

• Demonstrate excellence in customer service, interpersonal communication and teamwork.

Full Time Evenings- ($5000 sign on bonus for FT Eves-paid out quarterly)

Requirements

Experience:
  • 1 year LPN- Preferred
  • Long Term Care Experience preferred
License:
  • Indiana LPN License (Required)
