Join Our Team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Location: Highland Heights, OH
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday | 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team? We're looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency to help keep our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Carefully pack and prepare parts for shipment
- Create accurate shipping labels and documentation
- Ensure all orders match the pick list and are packed correctly
- Use scales to weigh parts and prepare shipments via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and customer-specific platforms
- Wrap skids, load/unload trucks, and operate a pallet jack
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow customer-specific shipping instructions
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with shipping software and customer portals
- A team-player attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable with regular and punctual attendance
- Comfortable with basic shop math
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
